New Dub Order (2024)

A heavy blend of dub, doom metal & stoner rock

Heavy grooves, deep bass, hard riffs drenched in spring reverb and tape delay collide in this high-fidelity, genre-defying solo album.

This is my take on a bold fusion of dub, doom metal & stoner rock. A combination that I find fits really well, but that was never heard before.
All instruments played, mixed and mastered by me Arne Bollinger, aka Arnology.

The story behind this album, is kind of crazy:
I recorded these Songs between 2019-2022 during the pandemic, when I thought shit is hitting the fan, stores will be empty and people will go mad on each other. I was fleeing from Berlin with my car full of instruments, hiding away on a farm in the remote countryside, where I spontaneously recorded the first loops of Golden Dawn on a Sunday Morning. I was then moving south, where I grew up, I wanted to leave the city behind anyway.
So these Songs where recorded in 4 different places: Some first takes on Sonnenallee Berlin, on a farm in Brandenburg, at my parents place near Baden-Baden and in Darsberg, close to Heidelberg, always carrying a shit ton of heavy equipment and always setting up a room full anew.
